Developed an internal Point of Sales (POS) system for Warung Mie Ayam Pulean using a native HMVC framework combined with Tailwind CSS to support daily sales operations, financial tracking, and business performance analysis. The system includes a cashier module for transaction processing, sales recording, operational expense management, and inventory tracking for goods and ingredients. It also provides financial reporting features such as gross revenue, net profit, and operational cost summaries to support real-time monitoring of business performance. In addition, the system features a sales trend analysis dashboard that visualizes product performance and revenue patterns over various time periods, including weekly, monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and yearly trends, enabling owners to identify best-selling items and evaluate business growth patterns. The system is designed to enhance operational efficiency, streamline transaction management, and deliver clear financial insights to support informed decision-making in daily business operations. Role: IT Staff & Technician PT IAS Support Indonesia

Developed an internal E-Drive management system using a native HMVC framework to support document management, file storage, and personnel activity monitoring within the electrical project operations of IAS Support Indonesia. The system includes file and folder management, automated file and folder backup, personnel activity scheduling and monitoring, and internal data management. Implemented an AI Assistant to help users explore external information and an E-Drive Assistant, an AI-powered chatbot designed to support users by answering questions and providing information based on internal system data. The system is designed to centralize internal resources and improve accessibility, information management, backup processes, and user support within the office environment. Currently developing a commercial contract monitoring system under the Directorate of Outsourcing and Facilities at IAS Support Indonesia, supporting contract and operational management across airports throughout Indonesia. The system is designed to monitor approved budgets, contracts, contract amendments (addendums), manpower and facility requirements, accruals, invoices, and cash/payment status. The system provides centralized monitoring of contract values, budget utilization, financial obligations, invoicing, and payment progress to support management in tracking commercial performance and operational requirements across multiple airport locations. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Information System – Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) Developed a maintenance information system for airport electrical facilities and equipment at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), covering Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), operational logs and maintenance logbooks, Work Orders (WO), maintenance schedules, planned vs. actual maintenance activities, work status monitoring, maintenance reporting, and maintenance performance calculations. Built a unit-based monitoring dashboard to provide an overview of equipment, preventive and corrective maintenance activities, maintenance schedules, operational records, and work progress across operational units. Integrated an AI-powered chatbot into the existing HMVC-based application, enabling users to retrieve and interpret database information through natural-language queries, including maintenance data for specific units.
