Maintenance Reporting Digitization: Developed a system from the ground up to digitize maintenance and repair reporting for
electrical facilities and equipment at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), replacing manual processes and significantly
improving tracking accuracy and speed.
Collaboration & Needs Analysis: Proactively collaborated with end-users and stakeholders, ranging from technical (electrical)
units to directorate-level management, to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional technical
specifications.
Integrated Logistics & Inventory System: Built a centralized platform to manage the complete logistics cycle for the electrical
unit, including material requests, goods in/out, delivery order issuance, and goods receipt handover reports, thereby enhancing
supply chain efficiency.
Strategic Project: National Contract Monitoring System: Directly commissioned by the Director to develop a nationwide
contract monitoring system covering all airports across Indonesia. The system manages budget ceilings, contract & addendum
documents, and a revenue module covering accruals, accounts receivable, and cash flow, providing comprehensive financial and
contract performance visibility.
