E-Drive – Internal Document, File & Personnel Activity Management System

Developed an internal E-Drive management system using a native HMVC framework to support document management, file storage, and personnel activity monitoring within the electrical project operations of IAS Support Indonesia.
The system includes file and folder management, automated file and folder backup, personnel activity scheduling and monitoring, and internal data management. Implemented an AI Assistant to help users explore external information and an E-Drive Assistant, an AI-powered chatbot designed to support users by answering questions and providing information based on internal system data.
The system is designed to centralize internal resources and improve accessibility, information management, backup processes, and user support within the office environment.
